Cerner Corporation | Kansas City, KS
- Installed, configured, administrated and maintained Cerner’s Enterprise Solutions
- Supported and monitored systems, including new process routines and report generations
- Adhered to applicable client access PECA, CHIA, client notification, and change management policies and procedures
- Worked mostly in the backend realm of hospitals information systems
- Maintaining the Linux and Unix servers but occasionally worked with the front-end Windows servers

Oklahoma State University Athletics, IT Dept. | Stillwater, OK
- Set up and maintained athletic department computer
- Installing OS and application software
- Configuring them for network access
- Compiled a database of the inventory (Previous 20 years they had never had a written inventory)
- Database contained MAC Addresses, IP Addresses, Serial Numbers, and Various other pieces of technical information.
- Walked around the entire athletic department, going from office to office, building to building, and met with every employee to gather the information off of their computer.
- Due to the relationships between all the tables in the database that I had created, it was possible to query for any information you needed in a relatively quick manner.
05/2014 - 08/2014 | SAP Technical Integration Intern
Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores | Oklahoma City, OK
- 7 weeks learning and later taught the ABAP Object Oriented programming language
- Learned about what kind of documentation is required before a project is started
- Learned about the kind of documentation that analysts would fill out in order to explain the program qualifications and the clients need clearly to the programmers
- Learned programmers have more responsibilities than just to produce well written code, they also had paperwork to fill out about the technical aspect of the code that they wrote in relation to the qualifications asked for by the business analysts
- Developed several program in parallel with a team from Cap Gemini in Bangalore India
- Produced some programs on my own
- Spent the latter 7 weeks with the SAP Financials Business Analytics Team
- Solved defects from the “Go-Live” that had occurred at my 7 week mark
- Saw the other side of the coin and discovered the maintenance and troubleshooting side of programming
- Created bi-daily Incident Count reports
- Streamlined the task by 20 minutes of every report creation.
- Wrote a program that would take the information from different sources and compile them into one report
- Saved roughly 1.8 employee work days per month
